  • Initial Consultation (30 mins)
  • 5 hours total of planning with the bride and groom (Transfer of Duties)
  • One month prior to the event, the planner meets will vendors, reviews contracts to ensure all details are in order:
            - Site Visit and Walk-through
            - Wedding or Event Rehearsal (if applicable)
            - Vendor Management
            - Program Design & Management
            - Guest Management
            - Wedding/ Bridal Party Management
            - Talent Management
            - Creation of project management documents
            - Supplies and equipment management
  • A total of 40.5 hours of planning and coordinating the pre-event preparations
  • Plus 8 hours supervising, executing, and managing the event for 1 to 100 guests. We make sure the timeline of activities is respected and all vendors deliver on time For larger parties, call for pricing. 
  • Additional expenses (gas and mileage may be added depending on location proximity)
