    You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



    If an order was placed by mistake or by an unauthorized minor under the age of 18, the order can be cancelled without charge within 24 hours after the order has been placed. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer will be held liable for shipping and processing fees that may apply.     Delivery, Set-up and Tear down services are complementary and included in the price. To finalize your order, please provide us with the venue contact information, date and time of your event, and the registered name of the event, by entering thI information in the special instruction box. Once we have received your information, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm your order. Then we will reach out to your venue to coordinate the logistic details. Once the products have been delivered and installed, we will notify you by email once.
